忙没有那么多时间是主要原因，次要原因
恐怕是很难遇到能真正吸引我的小说。但
《越轨诉讼》还是让我一口气读完了。
我总是在想，程石再倒霉，也是文有博士
王，武有黑头两员大将护驾，外加赵雅兰
这柄上方宝剑在身旁相助。与真正的普通百
姓相比，其战斗力已不知强了多少倍。
尽管与此，要讨回自己的公道还是如此之
难，象我这样千千万万手无缚鸡之力的平
头百姓在遭到欺诈后，又该如何伸冤？可
悲，可叹，可恨，可是没有办法，真是中
华民族的悲哀！
我一直对政府存在着良好的愿望，不管它
如何锈蚀不堪，但我的所见所闻却又一次
又一次地破坏了这份幻想。这部小说写得
真好，因为它有着无比的真实，看了让你
心痛，看了让你无奈。博士王代表着一种
希望：用法律的正义来真正维护群众的利
益，而不是一小部分人的利益。黑头代表
着一种发泄，用一种不得已的手段来保持
这个社会的一点良知，我喜欢。我痛恨何
庭长、银行行长，但我却不知如何去解决
这个现实的问题，这样的问题每天都出现
在我们的生活中，真是遗憾。
法律不是社会公正法律，只是规范社会行为
的篱笆。呜呼哀哉！为我们逐渐健全的法制
而心慰。

些失望，但也许只能这样结尾了？
我好想早日看到《锈蚀的天平》这本书。
难道现实真的就是这样，真是不可思议！看
完这本书，想起了现在媒体上大做宣传的一
位司法部门的法官，名字忘了，大概是两个
字。但正因为社会有阴暗面才会抓典型吧？
否则何必非要拿出个模范来说事？

真实的故事，令人感动的友情与爱情，非

很想看到锈蚀的天平，能否贴上来呢？
1，司法要独立，法官的地位要独立！不
但要独立于行政（包括司法行政），还要
独立于党！
2，还好从2002年起统一司法考试将得到
实施。从这个变化可以看到一点希望。
3，让德才兼备的人来当法官，保障他们
在国家公务员中的高档收入，保障他们仅
依法和事实凭良心审判！否则司法就没有
信用，社会就没有信用，中国就没有信
用。
那我们的社会该怎么办？到处充斥着不平和
废气，人在窝囊中没有方向，只是窒息、窒
息、。。。。
公理只是愿望，天理只是幻想，当司
法腐败已经病入膏肓的时候，这个案子还
有可能像善良的读者希望的那样得到公正
的判决吗？这篇小说的取材绝对来自于真
实的案例，至于书中这桩案子的最终判决
结果，另有报告文学《锈蚀的天平》做出
全面忠实的报道。可惜由于财政困难等等
原因，这篇报告文学至今没有发表。
作者之所以没有按照这个案子判决的
真实情况描写，只是为了多多少少给我们
的读者保留一点希望，因为“太阳每天都
会升起，”这个社会除了司法腐败，还有
更多美好的东西，比如忠诚的友谊，美好
的爱情，蔚蓝的天空，灿烂的阳光……我
们何必为司法腐败而毁了自己的生活呢？
最近我看了大受赞赏的那一部所谓的
反腐败优秀影片，感到是吃了一块裹着蜜
糖的迷幻药，恕我直言，如果反腐倡廉全
都靠一两个正经书记来力挽狂澜，我们的
党和国家还有希望吗？如果市委书记或者
省委书记本身就是腐败分子，这部电影里
面那位市长他还能反得了谁？依靠一两个
清官来为民伸冤的故事应该是封建社会老
百姓的幻想，时至今日我们还用这种故事
来反映现代社会人民群众的愿望，我感到
悲哀。
同样，要为司法腐败在这篇小说里面
涂上一点亮色，我也为自己感到悲哀。
